Just a little quiz for you to try. If you pass the quiz and you want to play for us then get in touch ASAP! "SHOOT!" had 'Ask The Expert', Scorcher had 'Pete's Page' (I'm showing my age here) and you've heard of Terracing Tam. All of whom answered footballing questions and arguments with ease. Now it's the turn of 'Stadium Stan'! Blasts from the past and current action shots! I have a few cuttings from the Shetland Times over the years (going back to about 1985) from my personal scrapbook. Some of them are shown in this section and could make interesting reading for players of all clubs by spotting names that they nowadays could not imagine taking the field never mind scoring goals! I'll also make apologies for the name of Stan Semple appearing in most of them - well, it is MY scrapbook. If anyone has any cuttings of their own that they would like to email me then I'll be happy to consider uploading them to the site. What would the Banks squad be like if they were playing stateside? Shetland Banks 'Glasgow Ned style'? What would the Banks squad possible nicknames be if they were playing on the red ash pitches of Glasgow?
